How to Request Your Prescription, Receipt, Etc.

Prescription Expiration:  Under Indiana law, eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions are valid for a minimum of one year from your exam date. Your prescription is good for one year from your exam date.

Processing Time:  Prescription and document requests are generally processed with 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind, weekends and holidays are not considered “business days”.

Quicker Service:  If you need a document sooner than that, please stop by our office during open hours.
