We have 3 Options for Eye Exams
For Glasses or Contacts Lenses – use our online scheduler to choose the date & time by clicking on the link below.
For Medical Eye Care – if you have a red, scratched, or other type of eye infection or injury, please CLICK HERE.
For An Urgent Exam – if you’ve broken or lost your glasses, or are running out of contacts, please CLICK HERE.
Note: Our Southpointe Office is Permanently Closed
We are conveniently located on the first floor of the Salesforce Tower in Downtown Indianapolis on the Ohio Street side near security desk.
It’s the tallest building in Indianapolis.
Enter on the Ohio Street (north) side of the building.
Do not enter on the Circle side – you are at the wrong entrance if you see the Columbia Club, HTNB, or Chase Bank signs!
Parking Options:
Park in the attached garage – entrance on Southbound Pennsylvania Street.
Park on the street using the ParkMobile App – please if you don’t have the app, install it the night before you arrive.
