🕶️Glaucoma and Your Eyes
Glaucoma is called the “sneak thief of sight”. This because only an eye doctor can diagnose it. If diagnosed early on, treatment by eye drops or surgery will usually control it and safe the patient’s vision.

👁️ Age Related Macula Degeneration
ARMD is a condition that robs you of clear, central vision. The central area of your retina where you see clearly is called the macula. As we age, this tissue can be compromised.

Diabetes is a leading cause of vision loss in adults in the USA. Regular eye exams can help diagnose this condition. Treatment is typically a combination of lifestyle, diet, and medicine. It is important to have your eyes examined yearly if you have diabetes.
