Vision Club Warranty
When you purchase your new glasses using our Vision Club pricing, you receive a one-year, one-time replacement warranty on both the frames and the lenses. If you need a replacement more than once in the first year, you will only pay 50% of the cost of the frame or lenses.
Vision Insurance Warranty
When you use your vision insurance benefits for your glasses and we can make them in our in-house lab, you receive the same one-year, one-time replacement warranty.
VSP, Spectera, and Versant/Davis Medicaid require us to use their lab for your lenses. We are required to follow their current lens warranty when you purchase your glasses using one of these vision plans.
Glasses Rechecks
Your glasses are made precisely to the prescription determined by you and your doctor. If you have trouble adjusting to your new glasses, here are the criteria for rechecking your prescription:
- You should wear your glasses all the time for at least 5-days. It can take time to adjust to a prescription change.
- If these are your first progressive no-line bifocals, you should wear them for a week. Then let us know if you’re still having problems.
- If you are still having problems adjusting to your glasses, please schedule a “Glasses Recheck” by clicking on the orange button at the top of this page.
- You will be provided with one glasses recheck at no charge within 60-days of the date you ordered your glasses. This must be scheduled, not as a walk-in.
- You will be charged a $27 refraction fee for any additional glasses rechecks or rechecks after 60-days.
- All glasses rechecks will involve checking your prescription, your frame adjustment, and lens measurements.
